New York State Bar Association – Anatomy of a Trust

ANATOMY OF A TRUST 2017 Revocable or Irrevocable? Lifetime or Testamentary? This comprehensive program will provide attendees with the fundamentals of creating various types of trusts. Not only will the speakers discuss how to draft the trust, but when specific trusts are appropriate based on a client’s needs and goals.
