Jessica is an Associate in the Labor & Employment group of Meltzer Lippe.
Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Jessica worked as Assistant Corporation Counsel in the Labor & Employment Division of the New York City Law Department.
In particular, she defended the City against claims of discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation, as well as cases involving the First Amendment and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Jessica also handled matters involving the New York City Collective Bargaining Law and the New York Civil Service Law.
Jessica attended college at the State University of New York at Albany where she received a Bachelors of Arts, cum laude, in Sociology.
Jessica received her Juris Doctor in 2008 from Touro Law School where she graduated, summa cum laude and valedictorian.
While at Touro, Jessica was a member of the Touro Law Review and served as an Articles Editor. Additionally, Jessica received an ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in Labor and Employment Law and received an Alumni Association Academic Achievement Award.
She is admitted to practice in the State of New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
