Jessica serves as counsel to Meltzer Lippe in the Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across the country, as well as mediation and arbitration proceedings. She has experience in a variety of subject areas and has represented Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as medium sized businesses, and individual clients in media-related litigation, copyright and entertainment disputes, non-compete and trade secret litigation, medical technology disputes, maritime litigation, and contract and commercial disputes.

Jessica has represented an entrepreneur and founder of various cable networks prosecuting breach of contract, fiduciary duty and trade secret misappropriation claims concerning the establishment of a news network in the People's Republic of China in a jury trial. At arbitration, Jessica has represented one of the largest publicly traded fuel tanker companies in the world in a multimillion dollar contract dispute at hearings before a maritime panel, a world-wide fashion retailer at AAA hearings concerning a dispute with a former high-level executive, a financial services leader at hearings before a FINRA panel, and an NHL team in an arbitration concerning contract and construction disputes. Jessica has successfully recovered over $46.5 million from the Victim Compensation Fund for 11 families of employees of Cantor Fitzgerald LP who were victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks and served as a mentor to students in the Bronx School of Law, Government and Justice mentor project.

Jessica served as a Notes and Comments Editor for the Brooklyn Journal of International Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. During law school, Jessica interned for the United Nations and Stuart M. Bernstein, Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York and received prizes for achievements in the fields of International Law and Entertainment Law.

Jessica began her career at the international law firm Proskauer Rose LLP, where she concentrated in commercial litigation matters during her 7 years there. Jessica's professional affiliations include the American Bar Association, New York State Bar, Sections: International Law; Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Sports Law. Jessica is admitted to practice before the Courts of the State of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
