Brian Janowsky is an Associate in the Trusts and Estates Group and the Tax Exempt Organizations Group of Meltzer Lippe.

Brian concentrates his practice in trusts and estates, estate and tax planning, estate administration, and wealth preservation. He has represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and the New York State Department of Tax and Finance.

Prior to joining Meltzer Lippe, Brian was an Associate in the Trust and Estate Practice Group of the law firm of Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC (Bond).  Before joining Bond, Brian provided legal counsel in estate, gift and fiduciary income tax matters for one of the nation's largest private banks.

Brian received his J.D. from Albany Law School, where he graduated cum laude. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh.
